How do I place an order?

Shopping at Lumaya's website is easy

1. Log on to Lumaya
2. To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Bag' with your desired quantity.
3. To review your items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
4. Select from the various coupon codes or if you have an applicable ‘Coupon Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully selected / entered the code.

When you're ready to place your order:

5. Click on ‘Checkout’.
6. If you have not already logged in or verified your mobile number, you will be prompted to do so. Follow the instructions.
7. Once you have verified your mobile number, fill in your preferred Shipping Address (don't forget to save that address for future convenience).
8. Select your desired Payment Option and then click on ‘Pay xxxxx’ to proceed with the payment.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India. International shipping will be introduced soon - stay tuned.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

What are the delivery timelines?

Each order is shipped within 2-3 business days. Once the order is shipped, a tracking order ID is shared via email.

What are the shipping charges?

Orders above ₹999 receive complimentary shipping.

What if my order is delayed?

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier or weather conditions.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at customercare@getlumaya.com with your order number.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging

Our team will assess and arrange a replacement as per our policy.

Do you accept returns?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • A missing product

We will gladly review your case and offer a replacement for that product.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery details.
